   - Orders Placed After 4:00 PM: Orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Delivery will typically occur within 2-3 business days from the time of processing.

2. Delivery Times:
   - Our standard delivery times are based on business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
   - Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other external factors. We strive to meet our delivery commitments, but unforeseen delays may occur.

3. Shipping Confirmation:
   - Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor your order's progress and expected delivery date.

4. Shipping Costs:
   - Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

5. Delays & Exceptions:

6. International Shipping:
   - At this time, we only offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates. We do not ship internationally.
